Email and Text are the preferred methods of communication at Color Me Belle Designs. Please include Order/Invoice number and allow 24 hours for a response.

Local pick up in Clarksville, TN. Shipping costs vary. Free shipping for banners, backdrops, and floor decals.
We do not have a specific turnaround time as times may vary based on project and workload. All orders are required to be placed at least 2-4 weeks in advance. Most orders are received within 1-2 days before your Due Date, some orders could take longer and may be received ON your due date. Your Event Date should not be used as your Due Date.
Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed.

All invoices will expire after 48 hours. The only way to secure your order and avoid additional fees is to pay your invoice within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee availability if your invoice is not paid and will not hold a spot on our schedule for you.
Rush orders are required to be paid within 24 hours.
All orders must be paid in full before any work begins. Once you pay, your order is processed within 48 hours, and completed based on due date and workload.
All standard orders include up to 3 images. We require all images to be high resolution. Any images that are not the original with have a higher chance of being blurry. This includes pictures of a picture, screenshots, scanned in pictures, and pictures with filters on them. We will not use images that have a watermark on them. We understand sometimes high resolution images are not available, especially in the event of the passing of a loved one. If this is the case, the Customer acknowledges that the images will be blurry.
By choosing us to be your Graphic Designer you are giving us permission to display the work created with your images on our website and Social Media pages for promotion purposes. We will not block, blur, or edit our work to remove or cover the image.
Proofs will be sent through the current method of communication or the email address listed on your order, sometimes this email may end up in your Spam folder. Please review your proof thoroughly for design and grammatical errors, as we just copy and paste what you, the Customer, sends. Color Me Belle Designs (formerly The Recon Way) will not correct or be held responsible for any errors once your proof has been approved.
It is very important to respond to this promptly as it can delay production. After 2 days (2 email attempts) with no response from the Customer, the order will be completed as is.
Please note, due to variations amongst computers, resolutions, printers, and print materials; actual colors and shades may vary slightly.
Once a proof is approved it is immediately sent to print.
*As of August we are no longer customizing items the customer provides.
Color Me Belle is not responsible for any adverse effects if you choose to bring your own items. We have our own preferred materials we work well with.
When ordering Digital Designs, you understand that you will receive no physical product.
We can only guarantee the quality of print when the prints are provided by us or our printing vendors. We advise ALWAYS doing a test print first. When ordering digital party favor designs you understand we do not provide designs for all snacks and sizes. The specific snack and size the digital party favor design is made for will be on the listing.
We have found that providing status updates everyday takes a good amount of time away from the creative process and designing. We will email you within 48 hours after you place your order to talk about the details OR you can beat us to the punch and email us at Jessica@bookcolormebelle.com. Please include your Order Number in the Subject line.
Once your design is ready you will receive a proof via email. Getting your order to you in a timely manner is important to us, if we have any questions or run into any problems before your design proof is ready, we will contact you.
Before we begin designing your order, it is strongly advised that you send design inspiration and color codes to make sure you are getting the design you want.
If the design inspiration is not the work of Color Me Belle Designs we will not replicate the design. We will only take direction from the design inspiration you upload when placing your order.
Standard orders include 2 Revision Sessions. Please keep in mind if there are any revisions needed that may add 2-3 days to design and production time per revision. Additional revisions can be purchased. Revisions are not complete redesigns and only include adjustments to minor colors, positions, text, and clipart. Revisions are not allowed after your order has been approved and will incur a Redesign Fee if needed.
When requesting a revision please be as detailed as possible to avoid any delays and additional fees.
Once completed, orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping (2 - 5 business days; excluding weekends and holidays, unless expedited shipping and Saturday delivery is purchased.
We don't ship to PO Boxes or outside of the US.
Businesses: If you are using a business address, please be advised the delivery service may not leave packages outside of business hours. Our packages are generally delivered before 10:30AM and 12PM.
Backdrops, Adhesive Decals, and Signage will be shipped directly to you from one of our preferred Printing Vendors.
Completed orders will be shipped out on the following business day. When placing your order please choose the correct shipping method. Ground Shipping is only an estimated time. Orders are shipped out based on the shipping method chosen at the time the order is placed. If you need to change to expedited shipping you will receive an invoice to pay the difference.
Color Me Belle Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages or any delays. Once package has been successfully delivered to the shipping carrier, ownership of package is transferred to the carrier to transfer to the buyer. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking number once shipped. We are not responsible for mis-deliveries due to customer entering in an incorrect shipping address.
Payments are nonrefundable after 48 hours of placing your order.
Due to the customization all physical products(backdrops, floor decals, signage, flyers, business cards, props, event favors, and banners) can not be returned. It is important that your order is checked immediately once received. In the event your item arrives damaged or defective a credit will be issued to be used within 6 months, please notify us within 24 hours of your order being delivered to your address.
All digital designs are nonrefundable.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any Customer at any time.
